Mariah (She/Her)
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Mariah joined Shamrock Animal Hospital in 2021, bringing with her a genuine love for animals and a desire to make a difference. As a CSR, she excels at bridging the gap between pet owners and the veterinary care their pets need. Her own pets, Nana the sassy DSH cat, and Simba the lovable DSH, add to her understanding and empathy towards pet owners. Mariah's life outside of work includes visiting her parents' farm, spending time with goats, indulging in the Harry Potter universe, and embracing her role as an aspiring cat lady.

With five years in veterinary medicine, Cassidy's role as a receptionist and customer assistance representative is backed by a genuine passion for animal care. Her pets, Paisley the Boston Staffy mix and Tater the orange DSH kitten, keep her life full of joy and a bit of adorable chaos. Cassidy's love for animals extends beyond her professional life into her hobbies, which include reading, spending quality time with family, and paddleboarding.
JORDAN L (SHE/HER)
Certified Veterinary Technician
Before joining the team in November 2023, Jordan had several years of experience working in animal rehab and sports medicine at Twin Cities Animal Rehab. She has always loved animals and knew from a young age that she wanted a career working with them, and she earned her CVT license in the spring of 2024. Jordan’s pets include a special Siberian cat named Malinka. Malinka was born with a birth defect in her right hind leg but refuses to let it slow her down! Rounding out the critter crew are rats Cashew and Macadamia, as well as a paint horse named Willow, who does dressage. When she’s not at work, you can find Jordan drawing pet portraits or horseback riding—primarily dressage and jumping.
Mister Handsome
Clinic Cat
Handsome was first brought to us from Gregory's Gift of Hope Rescue for health issues. The doctors and technicians at Shamrock Animal Hospital nursed him back to health and fell in love with him in the process! Handsome is roughly 5 years old but still acts like a kitten. He's made himself right at home here at the hospital–usually, visitors will find him lounging around the lobby welcoming all our lovely clients and patients. Make sure you say hi to our sweet boy when you stop in!

Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys flipping furniture, creative DIY projects, and training her dogs as a rewarding hobby.
