Jordynne is a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior. As her major may suggest, her love for the natural world and its creatures runs deep. She attributes this passion to her upbringing in the northwoods of Minnesota and Wisconsin, which instilled a lifelong curiosity for animals and their habitats.
She has hands-on experience in natural resource conservation and wildlife rehabilitation and is excited to continue expanding her veterinary knowledge as a Veterinary Technician Assistant here at Shamrock Animal Hospital. Since joining the team, Jordynne has enjoyed connecting with the dedicated staff and clients who make the clinic thrive. Her favorite part of her job has been collaborating with the incredible veterinary team and developing new skills in veterinary medicine. Looking ahead, Jordynne plans to attend veterinary school to pursue a career as a wildlife veterinarian in the conservation field!
Outside the clinic, Jordynne enjoys hiking, thrifting, playing euchre or cribbage, or relaxing in her cozy apartment!
